Records game play to a high quality. Can split certain parts of the video, so you could edit them separately if you really wanted to. Easy to use. Is small so you can pretty much rest it anywhere.

Uses up a lot of CPU, so may not be ideal for PC game recordings. For some games on PS3, the camera video is not always in sync with the audio. (Not sure if this is the same for games on other consoles).

Bought as a Christmas present for my son who absolutely loves it and has said it's the best on the market.

Sharp picture quality, small device.

More wires and needed extra hdmi cable that did not come with it.
