Installed fine with Windows 7

 

Got this a few months ago but just installed it a few days ago. I have an Acer 1410 Celeron 2300 netbook and it works fine in that. Windows 7 loaded with no problems and all the software (old games) has intalled just like a normal hard drive. I cant...

Nice for the price, as I said I'd buy it again. Speedy, cheap, reasonable capacity. You'll need to alter or remove the rubber case to use USB externally.

Either get a mini USB cable that can fit within the rubber cover, xacto-knife off the excess rubber, or remove the drive from the rubber. This is worth 1 point knocked off.

Light, solid-state, plugged in and it worked as expected

Rubber cover has hole for mini-USB connector, but it's not big enough for the included USB cable
