I bought my E413T just after they were released in 1998. In 2009 it is still going strong and has never let me down. It has been economical and keeps my fruit and veges fresh for weeks. I was amazed how much longer I could keep hard fruit and veges,...

The butter/cheese compartment door occasionally falls off and you have to clip it back again (easy). Sometimes makes pretty loud cracking or popping noises during its defrost cycle in the middle of the night.

Terrible

 

Not good enough. Not only do their refrigerators only last a couple of years but they do not care about after sales service. They offer a 24/7 call centre - that is fine if you only want to clean your machine - anything else they can not help you with....

stay away from this particular Model and to be honest i probably wouldn't recommend any fisher and paykel fridge. i would highly recommend another brand of fridge if you are in the market for buyin a new fridge
