Having a chance to cook on this product several times now, I find that it is the best grill that I have owned. Good even heat with the convenience of natural gas.

There was more assembly than anticipated. There was a dent but was not significant. Also the there was a broken gauge. I called the customer service line, I spoke with a customer service rep in the United States and the gauge was replaced immediately.
