The unit, as delivered, had a dent in the front control console, probably from shipment. I called Weber, and they shipped a replacement control console right away (at no charge to me). I'm really impressed by the customer service at Weber ... very nice...

Well built, easy assembly, good heat control. Last Weber lasted 15 yrs.

Easy assembly and is a very solid grill cooks the meat great.
