Bad product. The people at Memorex did seem to jump through the hoops more after I sent them a nasty-gram about this product. Perhaps they're getting enough negative feedback that's prompting them to take some kind of action even if that action doesn't...

It was free from a raffle. Plays DVDs fine and only time it loads a movie up quickly. That's about it

makes grinding noise when trying to load certain bd's. Received firmware update disc a few days ago. Now plays Wolverine where previously it didn't, but now fails to load Watchmen which it previously did (with all the grinding noises). Totally agree...

I have contacted Memorex, and they asked me if I had the reciept. I've looked for it, but I guess I'm out of luck. I agree with cwicks911's comments. The reason why I decided to update the player with their latest firmware was because I couldn't play...

It's brand new? Upconverts DVD's to 1080p. Runs Quietly

Firmware update cripples Blu-ray playback, loads very slow, plays only older Blu-ray movies (before the firmware update)

I really hate this player its a P O S, Loads very slow, doesnt play ANY new movies, MEMOREX customer support is worse than the cable company. My wife bought this for me it was a great gift but I wish she had got me a gift card, I would have never...

it plays some bluerays, I dont have any to say good about this product
