Horrible software, awful customer service

 

This company is a joke - the software is easy to defeat if someone just wants to get data off your machine (turn off wireless and don't connect it to a network). And their customer service is worthless - in a phone call I could tell the person didn't...

I can see my laptop on a map. Goodie
