Works Great
Wish it had an extra platform thing so I can make it into an actual mug without it splashing.Overall, a great buy.
Perfect for the dorm rules on a coffee maker. Thermal carafe keeps it warm for a really long time. It can also brew one mug at a time. Makes coffee fairly quick too. Programming it is easy too. Can also make two different types of coffee at once.
-Cannot pour while brewing-Carafe drips when pouring for some reason

Overall, its a good coffee pot, and easy to clean.
It always drips when you pour coffee. Since we purchased it, we are constantly spilling coffee that doesn't pour correctly.

Great thermal carafe brewer
I had a previous model from the same company with the thermal carafe. I loved it. It lasted a very long time (years and years), and I was more than happy to buy another one once it went bad.
Thermal carafe = No burnt coffee taste after 15 minutes on a burner like most. There is no bunrer to even worry about (Did I leave the coffee pot on?!?!). Comes with 2 mugs that you can brew directly into. Fits under my cabinets. Comes with reusable...
Reusable filter would be challenging to replace, as would finding paper filters if that's your preference. It has an odd shape to it. Limited number of cups can be brewed at a time (8 me thinks).

i love my coffee and my coffee maker, but i wish it wasnt such disappointment in quality.
Boy was I ever happy when I got this two years ago... the pot keeps it plenty warm for quite some time, nice big clock easy to use controls
but immediately it leaked around the seams of the pot and dripped down as i poured my cup, no matter what i tried. The mugs lids have a poorly designed mouth piece that shoots coffee at you if its a full cup, when you go to drink! Last but not least,...
