I was never able to talk to anyone at DeLonghi by phone - spent hours on hold. Then after about a month of emails I did get a replacement for the chopper cover - I found the email route by reading other reviews. Now I got a second replacement cover....

Purchased unit to replace my old Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. The purchase price was to include 12 coffee pods that were specifically designed for this machine. After receiving item, major disappointment set in. The vendor did not include the coffee pods...

I do not like the coffee drinks at all. I purchased this to make specialty drinks, and they are not good. I am returning this machine.

I love this unit but have been unable to find the PODS at our local Big Box stores. It's going to go back just for that reason.
