still works

Meh for gaming, doesnt ghost as much as i thought.

got it with no dead pixels, iv'e had it for over 2 years now and its still a champ

seems some got bad batches, bad backlights

If you sell a product the least you can do is service the piece if it is out of warranty.

OK picture quality

Purchased 15 units for a job and now after 1 year and 3 months they are all starting to come back. Called Viewsonic and they refused to service this as a warranty repair, also will NOT service any monitors that are "OUT OF WARRANTY". Their service...

Bang for the buck

(NO dead pixels)

I purchased this monitor for my son. It has decent graphics. Balanced brightness. Good viewing angle. Overall excellent bang for the buck. I have a lot of experience with ViewSonic monitors. They are the only brand I will buy. Newegg has this one...

13 months

I purchased 6 of these for an office installation Nov 06. 13 months ago. Manufactor date 9/06 One of them just quit. 1yr ltd warranty. I expected more service from a monitors.

no separte power supply, noce picture sound is adequate for chimes and email videos. You tube and the like

did not last long enough , even in a UPS. surge protected

Short lived.

I gave this monitor a high review when I first got it but I've changed my mind. Warranty is only one year.

Nice clear picture with no dead pixels

Backlight died 1 year and 6 months later. The backlight flickers for about 10 minutes then goes completely out. Bummer

Worked only for 1 Year and 2 Months

Pay attention to detail, Viewsonic OptiQuest monitors may only come with a one year warranty from manufacturer.

Very good clean picture, Good competitive price

Back light died on this one after one year and 2 months, making video near invisible... just as the warranty went out

Cheap LCD monitor

This is a great monitor if you're simply replacing a bulky CRT, speaker combo or you have clients who aren't too picky (as such was my case). If you're looking for superior sound and picture...look elsewhere.

The price is right, Built in speakers (killed 2 birds with one stone on this one)

construction seems kinda..shaky. speakers sounded awful, picture was not as sharp as some other LCD monitors
