I would definitely recommend this, but I think the lower price one would be just as good.
Great size,clear bright picture. I'm happy with price and purchase.

Definitely from the "Value" series...
A 28-inch screen with 1080 resolution makes for a very grainy display. If you're looking for something sharp, this isn't the way to go. Good for video and such, poor for design work. Placed next to a 21.5 inch 1080 monitor you really see how bad this...
Great price for the size, but keep in mind the resolution. Ample, even backlight looks great in a dark room or under heavy flourescents. White is bright, black is dark. Good color rendition ; I know this is almost a thing of the past, but no dead...
The stand is very short and protrudes pretty far forward. A VESA mount would go a long ways. The bezel looks great otherwise, narrow and only one downward facing blue LED, but sitting on a desk you'll have to look down at the screen unless you elevate...
