Wonderful product, no longer supported by Kensington for Windows 7 (boo!!!). It was the best thing I ever ran across to avoid carpal tunnel issues. There are workarounds and third-party products that make most of its functions useable in Windows 7,...
Quality construction and ergonomic design reduces risk of carpal tunnel for heavy-duty users, versatile button layout (with chording and macros), great driver (Windows XP), smooth and easy trackball control
No longer supported by Kensington in Windows 7, KMW driver in XP didn't always play nice with other drivers, pricey, wireless version not as reliable as the USB edition
