This fryer works great. I love that it is dishwasher safe. The top, baskets, and oil bin can all go in dishwasher. This was excellent for frying foods. The only thing I'm not to crazy about is the lid. Its not hinged, you have to lift it up and down....

I got the deep fryer and don't ever cook without it. It does not splatter or gets all over! Life saver! Has a window you can peek through to see your food.

Bought one, got home washed up, dryed it, filled with oil. plug in set heat to 350, heats up to 250 display shows EEEE quits heating up that's it folks. take head back to K mart where it's purchased from, exchange for a new head, cuz we're really...

I have always had the best service out of kenmore products.  They blew it on this one.  The first one lasted for one cooking, and the second one lasted for three cookings.  I hope they can find out the problem (its probably in the digital part) because...

Don't buy this deep fryer.

I've tried this model twice.  Both units quit working after four or five uses.  While heating up, the unit beeps once and is dead.  I made sure the plug was set correctly and the safety switch was engaged where the heating unit marries up with the body...
