This was sold as a refurbished Laptop, but this was never refurbished. There was at least 8x case screws missing, the keyboard was dirty and the screen had large areas of blemishes over an inch wide. On powering up for the first time, this machine...

Looks good, was easy to set up and is a joy to use.

No case. Mouse pad buttons sometimes stick causing irritating clicks at unwanted times.

Comes loaded with lots of great software. Very easy to use and I bought the laptop to run lots of programs simultaneously and it never let me down.

Hard to find a laptop case to fit!!

Being new to the world of computers with a little help from my grandchildren i find it easy to use the key board is good also screen can not find any thing to fault. well done
