the dvd does not work.

I found the laptop on clearance, last one, still being used on the shelf in the shop, got an extra 10% off too as it was a clearance item.

The laptop is a 'plastic' after my last one.

Battery life is very poor

The spec I wanted was difficult to find at the price I was looking for. This product has Intel i5 processor and full HD 1080

It had been on display for several months and the battery is integral so reduced battery life.

Terrible connecting to internet. Even after logging off and trying to log back in straight away. Mouse pad is too responsive (even hovering over it can activate it)

Battery life could be a bit better when working on high res images.
