not good

Bought this refurbed after about a month, surprisingly after the warranty ended, started having issues with the monitor and headphone jack. Monitor flickers in and out and sometimes wont turn on at all also came with some dead pixels didnt think much...

Extremely disappointing

This laptop has caused me stress and pain.

It looks nice.

I was very upset. Normally when I buy refurbished on Newegg, the product works as if it was a new product but slightly used. This laptop had deep-rooted issues. I was absolutely disturbed by the fact they would sell this laptop to me with a botched up...

Awesome all around

I had an Alienware before this laptop. It was super heavy, loud, and expensive. This computer is the exact opposite. It does everything I want and more. It's definitely a worthy investment.
