Keeps crashing.Have to switch off at the mains,leave for 2 mins and reboot.Often will not take any commands from remote.Keeps coming up with error codes I have to reboot yet again.Skips instructions to record.Will never buy another Phillips product...

Very slow starting up!

I have a sagem freesat recorder also connected for use when I operate the Philips freeveiw reorder it also operates the sagem recorder but not with the same functions .Areal problem ,have accidently deleted some recordings on the sagem

Cant receive all channels from free view TV ! & tried to contact customer services on phone No. given only to be given 3 other No.s & told I had the wrong department,a total waste of time !

You don't have to pay to record freeview tv

It's slow to playback but when it gets there the playback is good.

the first device started at channel 6, no bbc1,bbc2 ,itv etc and the sound was poor. the second device was even poorer ,no channels 1 to 6 and no sound I then bought a humax -no problems
