This product does not deliver as described. The motor is not powerful enough to cut deli meats. Its fine for clotting bread or other soft food products. Its simply not worth the money. I plan to sell it at my next yard sale.

I thought that it was all metal construction but found out that the meat holder/guide is of all plastic construction. It cuts well but the slide doesn't work smoothly at times. The list price of [$] is ridiculous, but at [$] I should be able to recoup...
