The design of the scanner is ok and the product is very compact and portable. Customer support respond promptly when you ask for help.

The quality of the scanner is terrible compared to a flatbed. The software bundle is ridiculously bad and hard to install if you're on a mac. The support section of their site is really unhelpful. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
