Buttons on handset have to be pressed very hard to operate

very crap packaging..........heavily taped, was not sure i had new machine or returned item

It is a good looking piece of equiptment that always works well with great sound and picture quality.

Sometimes there are certain dvd's that it will not play. (genuine dvd's from a shop)
