The product works when plugged in but there is no volume to it. You cannot hear the call if there is any back round noise. When on auto talk it mutes the other unit and you cannot hear calls or voice. I bought it for my garage and house communication...

just didn't work

Started with Channel A (stopped working) went to B (stopped working same with C now on D hoping it will keep working. Everything else on it work great. Good Sound quality very clear.

purchased 4 units. 2 sent back for repair. two new units arrived. 2 more units purched these failed. vender replaced these they did not want failed units sent back. out of six units only two remain operational. this brand of intercom not recommened....

I used mine from kennel to house so I could keep watch on my dogs. I would leave it on to signal me when they would act up. Also played music over it to sooth dogs. It started to make crackling sounds so bad I had to shut them off. Worked good...
