Battery lasts for months. Can be used as a clip if you want to wear a "proper" watch. Looks similar to a watch on your wrist. Waterproof for swimming. Picks up activities pretty well. Much better than my old fitbit.

Have to look at app if you want to know actual steps rather than indicator of progress towards target. Minor issue though.
