Great acuity without being overly harsh or bright ; Solid dispersion of sound, while remaining clear and articulate at most distances ; The midrange and highs collaborate well with one anther crating seamless audio stage ; No " audio manipulation"...

At EXTREMELY HIGH volumes the tweeters seem to break away form the midrange creating an uneven or "bright" response ; They also seem to be relatively light for a polk product. Not really a con just a thought

Amazing for the price. yes, of course there are better speakers out there, but honestly, for the money they really do impress me. I love having a good home theater setup, but dont have the thousands of dollars it would take to build the perfect setup....
