paper jams frequently, but pulling the toner and drums out makes you think that it will just fall apart in your hands! Bring back the old printer. it was working fine until the drum needing replacing after many years and many thousands of pages....

Have been bullet proof with us, two sites running around 100k pages a year. Some issues with staff unable to find the waste toner box, otherwise great little worker.

so far so good, working as well as the 4000 in our other sites

We have a lot of these printers around our warehouse, they're a great little workhorse

Just began getting these, yet to be seen if they are as reliable as the 4000's

nice printer but a picky about being very level (spirit level required!)
