for the people who complain about the ink usage, what did you expect?!!! if you print things, you will eventually need more ink! Duh! ALL printers go through ink, it just depends on how much you use it...just search online for the best price to get new...

In these times of hardship, I do not understand why Lexmark treats its customers without respect; why their tech support in many cases cannot speak understandable English; why they treat their customers like illiterates and why they do not sell refill...

Overall, scan quality is outstanding (although the scan button never worked, you have to scan with a programs 'scan' feature) but the print quality is completely unsatisfactory. (It's 'Best" is worse than some printers 'Draft' mode.)
