The only real problem has been an acrid odor smelling a bit like burning paint and plastic coming from the heat generating part of the machine. Hopefully it is part of the breaking-in process ; This is quite a departure from my little Samsung 2010...

Scanning software (SmartThru 4) is disappointing and confusing to use. Scanning from within applications using the TWAIN and/or WIA drivers brings up different, better, and more controllable scanning settings
