Purchased Sept 2011 used about once every second week and last week the mini receiver in the USB port came apart trying to remove it from the USB port. Required pliers to get the housing out of the USB port.

The performance of the product is irregular. Sometimes it will work and scroll thru the powerpoints and others; well it just will not. New batteries and constant on/off does not succeed. Frustrating!

Using this product with Win Vista and PowerPoint 2007.

Once I figured out the remote had two distinct functional modes, then I really liked using it. We play a lot of videos embedded in Powerpoint and I definitely like the blanking feature to help with this.

It's a good product! But i had to read the user guide online to figure out all functions of the presenter.

I have been using this product for quite a few months now. I echo many of the previous reviewer's comments. The mouse is embarrassingly slow; product feels cheap; presentations modes are very difficult to switch between.

Very easy to use, the fact that you can do so much with the use of very few buttons, makes this very simple to use. The users guide does not enough detail as to how to use this.

This product does not provide cursor control while in presentation mode. If you need that - perhaps to bring up the menu and go to a particular slide, or perhaps to use the drawing tools then you need a different presenter.
