The toaster refuses to toast the bottom section of any slice of toast. Returned to store, swapped, and the replacement is exactly the same!!! Not impressed in the slightest

Worst toaster I have ever owned. The length of the bread does not fit the toaster so I had to cut 1cm off a normal sliced piece of bread. It takes ages to heat up and then it is not even.
