KEF's M-400 may not be an exceptional on-ear headphone for the money, but it's certainly competent and attractively designed.

M400 er fjærlett og ligger meget komfortabelt utenpå ørene. Spesielt mellomtoneområdet gjengis med fabelaktig dynamikk, og sangstemmer kommer klokkeklart frem

Bassområdet mangler litt fylde, og vi kunne godt tenke oss enda mer luft i overtonene

Le M400 fait partie de ces casques très appréciables mais dont le tarif élevé ne leur permet pas d'être qualifiés d'exceptionnels. D'autant que l'écart de prix avec le M500 (aux alentours des 300 euros) n'est pas si important.

M400 är fjäderlätt och ligger mycket bekvämt utanpå öronen. Framför allt mellanregistret återges med sagolik dynamik och sångröster framträder klockrent.

Basregistret saknar lite fyllighet och vi hade gott kunnat tänka oss ännu mer luft i övertonerna.

KEF:s kompakta hörlurar M400 är bra på mycket. Speciellt mellanregistret låter kanon, och skiljer mycket väl på instrument och röster. Basen är också oerhört differentierad och bra rent tonalt. Lägg därtill att hörlurarna är hopfällbara, ytterst...
