Perfect for my EeePC 900

 

Not much to say other than that this works as a replacement for my EeePC 900's crapped-out SSD. Couldn't be happier

It stores 16GB of data

It doesn't make my computer sentient

eeePC 1000 easy install

 

Moved my Windows 7 Premium install from the onboard SSD using free version of Paragon Drive Backup, point being the install is identical. Windows Experience number for drive performance went from 5.2 to 5.9. I expected more and machine seems much...

Very easy to install. eeePC 1000 sees the drive correctly as a 16 gig drive

not your c drive replacement

 

This is NOT the right size to replace the small 4gb ssd in the eeepc901. it WILL replace the 8gb easily accessed from the back cover

My ASUS 900 just fly

 

I used this SSD to upgrade my ASUS 900. Did not benchmark, but it is significantly faster than the factory 4g SSD. Space enough to install W7 without problem and with Ubuntu or FreeBSD I still have free 80% of the SSD
