I found it to be a very reliable machine. apart from the buttons cracking it worked very well for 4 years. I have only just started looking for a new machine since this one has started leaking from some where.

Has several features which initially seem attractive, including appearing to be (too?) gentle on fabrics, but does not inspire any confidence of durability. Note that NEC has long ago ceased to manufacture or support all washing machine products.
