Bad

I strongly recommend you not consider purchasing a Hisense Tv because of the after sales support and the problem with the A/V synchronisation. This may be a cheap Tv to purchase but it will end up giving you a headache.

When it works, this is an excellent Tv and is reasonably priced.

Support is bordering on nonexistent and whatever help you get is often of a very low standard. Loses audio/video synchronisation quite often (talking does not match the movement of the mouth). Support told me this may be due to poor reception. I tested...

Terrible

Poor on after sales service. Non existent in fact. Better off buying a more reputable brand. Sales serv9ice should be much more reliable and straight forward. You are left with the feeling that the sales staff are more important then the customer....
