The right TV at the wrong time

 

I bought this thing at the wrong time. Plasmas were like...i dont know...a million bucks, and LCD/DLP wasnt quite out. I paid like 2500 for this thing. I dont think this TV is available anymore..as it shouldnt be since its technology is so old. As ...

Absolutely a wonderful set, the best we've ever owned.

 

Until this set, we avoided buying a projection TV. Part of our concern was fear of a washed out appearance (which many sets even in the showrooms seem to suffer), also the large screens appeared grainy (some refer to it as jaggies), finally there was...

It converts regular TV signals into simulated HDTV @1040 lines of resolution. Great Sound.

Direct sun washes out picture under some circumstances. Hitachi remote didn't run our Dishnet receiver.

It converts regular TV signals into simulated HDTV @1040 lines of resolution. Great Sound.

Direct sun washes out picture under some circumstances.Hitachi remote didn't run our Dishnet receiver.

I've been looking for a new TV for almost a year, but had been scared off from the rear projection units by the less than stellar image quality of the big screens I've seen at my friends and families. I hated the washed out picture, and those terrible...

Great Picture with Digital Cable, DVD'sSale Price is quite a deal

Hate playing with all the 'aspects' and 'modes' to get the best picture.
