Another Great Sony With Minor Deficiencies

 

My requirements were: 27” Flat screen; PIP; Inputs for straight cable; S-Video input for digital cable box; Composite inputs for VCR; Component inputs for DVD.

Picture quality; Sound quality; Cabinetry; Styling

Geometry adjustments may be required; Slight purity problems

Perfect, there is no way that you will find a better 27-inch. Lots of features including: 2 s-video, 1 component, 3a/v, 1 audio out, and 1 video out.

Every thing you will ever need in a tv. All video inputs,Perfect

Very heavy for its size,have to buy the stand.

Nice, but the "OS" is not thought out

 

We spent 659.00 including tax at Belmont TV in Northern Virginia. It's a nice TV, it has all the buzzers and whistles that we were looking for, but there are three things I've found so far that will hurt Sony regarding my epinion: Volume Control...

Keep Looking

 

My wife and I were absolutely in love with this set, and its lower priced cousin with the straight design cabinet. We were on the verge of buying it, until ... We went to Sears, where they had real TV broadcast instead of their own in-house piped...

Sony 27" FD Trinitron WEGA TV KV-27FV300--Great value for a Great Product!

 

I did quite a bit of research before I purchased my new Wega tv. I checked out Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba & Mitsubishi 27" models but after viewing the various models side by side, the Wega won hands down.

True Flat Screen, WOW Stereo Sound, Easy Remote and Menu Options

A little spendy.
