Its good but falls short in color settings area

 

This is my 5th digital tv. I learnt early on how to adjust color and get settings right. This SONY set only has basic controls including white balance. However not control over the individual color settings. Green is way out. Sony (via email) said they...

Terrible for a 4K UHDTV

 

Purchased the TV in April 2014. Unable to run anything (access to my media server or internet, youtube, etc.) that accesses the Network Port as the TV constantly just reboots itself when trying which is pretty annoying. What's the point of a smart TV...

Outstanding!

 

24 hours after connecting the set and my wife and I have simply fallen in love... all over again! We decided on the X8504A as its trimmed design (minus speakers) fitted our room so much better than the new X9000 series Bravia The new Ultra HD interface...

Stunning picture quality, phenomenal upscaling of lower quality video sources, beautiful colour reproduction, engaging interface, more to be determined...

NFC on the 2nd Remote... a little flakey when connecting the Galaxy Note 3 though further testing is required & When first turned on there was an odd crackling noise through the TV speakers which was slightly unnerving considering the price of the unit.

Excellent TV with a minor chip on the acreen that is only visible (with difficulty) when TV is switched off. When the TV is on you don't see anything but all you can see is an amazing Ultra HD image and much more wholistic sound. It is truly an amzing...

Ultra HD image with a great sound and 65" of it!!!

There was a minute chip on bottom corner of the screen that is only visible when TV is switched off!
